I see a lot of people being like “Yuuri and Victor would be horrified by their little son’s Welcome to the Madness strip tease” I don’t think so. I think they’re gonna look at Yurio who thinks he’s so cool and so sexy and so edge and just smile. Because they know this is gonna age into some fine embarrassment wine. When poor Yurio is 24 and all tall and filled out he’s gonna look at the YouTube videos of this skinny kid with makeup that looks like he put it on with a shotgun and just want to die of embarrassment. And his dads will be laughing their asses off at him, it was worth the 8 year wait just to see his face when he realized what he really looked like up there and what an embarrassing teenager he was
Gotta say one of my favorite scenes in tfc is when Neil just lockpicks open the monsters dorm room and yells at Kevin in French bc he’s just so pissed off. That a picture perfect moment for me and one of the reasons I want a live film adaptation SO BAD.
and the others are like “that door was locked” and you KNOW that in that instant they realise they might have miscalculated how dangerous neil is. I like to think that andrew was all over the “let’s bring neil to columbia” and the others were “chill for one second maybe he just arrived not everyone is a life threat?” but then neil literally breaks in their room, starts talking in french, unafraid and unapologetic, and then andrew just looks at them after the storm has passed and they go “….ok fair”
My favorite thing about Andrew Minyard is that, after finding out two of his teammates are wanted by the largest and most powerful mob in the country, his reaction is basically “Don’t worry about it, I’ll handle it.”
Like Neil’s mother used to have multiple body guards protecting them and still didn’t trust they were safe, and this below average height college sophomore is completely confident in his ability to keep them alive against the endless amount of hired killers that could be sent after them.
