heyyy the POV one for the writing meme

Hey waddup so this isn’t from my BB fic but from another thing I’m working on and since it’s based on a different character’s POV, I’m using this instead 😀 not exactly a retelling of a scene that’s happened before, but. Details, details.

Something that’s already happened, retold from another character’s perspective:

“Trust fall,” Neil declares out of the blue, and Jean scrambles to catch him when he turns around, closes his eyes, and falls backward off the stage.

(This is set in that AU where Neil is a show boy and Andrew and Kevin are detectives, if anyone is wondering :^) )

no excuses writing meme, askbox version

professorfangirl:

(Nicked from iambickilometer):

drop one of these bad boys in my askbox and i will post, without editing

  • FIRST — the first two sentences of my current project
  • LAST — the most recently written two sentences of my current project
  • NEXT — the next line. meaning i will finish the sentence I’m on and write a new one, which you’ll get.
  • [insert prompt here] — you post a prompt, and i’ll write three sentences based on that prompt, set in the same time/setting as my current project
  • THE END — i’ll make up an ending, or post the ending if i’ve written it
  • BEFORE THE BEGINNING — three sentences (or more) about something that happened before the plot of my current project
  • POV — something that’s already happened, retold from another character’s perspective

17, 27, 29, 30 (this is important) (tho it’s fine if you don’t, I know how difficult it can be)

Hello, you ❤

17. Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?

Usually I write them in order. But there are times when I write out random scenes with no clear order at all – this happens when I’m in a rut and I don’t know how to proceed with the story lol

27. How do you feel about collaborations?

I don’t know – I’ve never done one. I’d feel bad for the other party because my writing mood fluctuates a lot ://

29. If you could write the sequel (or prequel) to any fic out there not written by yourself, which would you choose?

Oh, man. I feel like the fics I’ve read and loved are good just the way they are, but if I had to pick one (1), I’d go with this one-shot called On Little Cat Feet where Neil can turn into a cat. I only chose this one because I want to read more of it – it’s so good and interesting 😀

30. Do you accept prompts?

It’s a soft yes. I’ve been in fandom (various ones) for years now, but I’ve only ever received like, 1 or 2 prompts total. So it’s like, I’d love to receive them but I’ve never actually gotten any lmao. If anyone gives me a prompt, I’ll do my best to write them, definitely 🙂 they’ll have to bear with my extremely slow writing, though lol

Thanks for sending me these <3333

for the writer’s meme, 21, 4, and 11?

4. How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Care to share one of them?

I have a couple, and one of them is for AFTG Big Bang! I…don’t have much written, but. They’re at the beach. Some internal angsting happens. There is a motorcycle, probably.

11. Is writing your passion or just a fun hobby?

It’s a hobby that I’m passionate about? I don’t know if it’s something I’d want for a career, but it’s something I love to do, definitely.

21. How many times do you usually revise your fic/chapter before posting?

Lots of times, lol. I’m a slow writer, and usually as I’m working through the rest of the fic I go back to certain scenes and revise them. A lot. It’s probably why it takes forever for me to finish a fic ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Thanks for sending me these! ❤
