hi hello hey sorry to bother you but i was just curious about something. I saw a lot of posts about this. Andrew getting angry when he couldn’t see Neil after/during the riot and i don’t even know where that came from… like i didn’t read them on the books or did i just missed them???

when andrew first sees neil again when he’s still with the police, he is handcuffed to wymack because he was taking no prisoners in his search to get to neil. they had to literally handcuff him to another person to stop him tearing the place down to get to neil. then, once neil’s back with the foxes, he has this conversation with matt: 

andrew, who has spent three books looking after kevin day, andrew, who put himself between riko and kevin, andrew, who promised to keep kevin safe, choked him so hard to find out what had happened to neil when he disappeared that it took three people to pull him off. it took three people to pull a 5ft nothing man off someone who is over 6ft tall. that’s how angry andrew was that neil had disappeared and how desperate he was to get him back
