ok so i don’t remember where this is from or if someone already made a post about it but- what if reporters n ppl were all up in neil (or andrew’s) business about if they were dating someone due to suspiciously cute tweets or w/e and the foxes did that thing where all of them say that they’re dating neil and then andrew joins in so the reporters don’t know who to believe and give up

• matt’s the first one to do it
• he’s with neil when he starts getting harassed abt the quote tweets again
• and matt just slings an arm over neil’s shoulder and is like “yeah i mean it’s early days for us but i think we’re cute, don’t u?”
• and the reporters are so baffled like “wait yOU’RE who neil’s talking about on twitter?????”
• and matt just laughs and rolls his eyes exaggeratedly, giving neil a fake exasperated look. 
• “haha someone doesn’t know how to keep a secret, but what can you do, amirite Tracy?”
• neil is So Confused
• he’s just staring at matt in bewilderment
• he doesn’t even correct him he’s too much in shock
• andrew threatens to skin matt alive when they return to the locker room but matt’s just like “whatever bro i just saved ur ass don’t come for me”
